End-User Agreement (Agreement) for Basepoker
Please read this entire end-user agreement (Agreement) carefully before using the services and products of Basepoker. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (hereon referred to as the ‘User’) and Basepoker (hereafter referred to as "us" or "we"), the rightful owner of all the games accessible at Basepoker.com (the Service). By checking the “I Agree” button wherever presented or by using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Basepoker grants the user a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to use our Services on your electronic device with internet access, allowing you to play the games available on Basepoker.com, provided that you adhere to the terms and conditions described herein.

Basepoker is the sole owner of the term 'Basepoker,' domain names, trademarks, and service names associated with Basepoker. All content on the website, including graphics, images, videos, audio, and text (Site Content), and their intellectual property rights, are owned by Basepoker. Your use of our Service implies that you acknowledge you do not hold any rights pertaining to the Site Content, Trade Marks, etc., and you agree not to engage in any actions that could infringe upon the rights of Basepoker.
Basepoker makes no warranties regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, completeness, or accuracy of the Service.
While Basepoker endeavors to ensure seamless service, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that any flaws will be rectified
You agree to abide by all game rules outlined on Basepoker.com. Basepoker reserves the right to issue, regulate, and terminate the Service. Decisions made by Basepoker regarding the use of the service or conflict resolution are considered final and cannot be appealed.
Before and during your use of our Service, you agree, warrant, acknowledge, and pledge that:
You accept the risk of losing cryptocurrency while using Basepoker’s service, and Basepoker is not responsible for such losses.
Your use of Basepoker’s service is at your own discretion and risk.
It is your sole responsibility to pay taxes on any cryptocurrency winnings obtained through our Service.
Basepoker bears no responsibility for telecommunication networks or Internet access services required to use our Services.
You are at least 18 years of age or the legal majority age in your jurisdiction.
You will notify Basepoker immediately if you are self-excluded from any gambling service.
The Service is intended for personal use only, for recreational purposes. Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts for collusion or exploitation.
Users residing in certain countries, including but not limited to the United States, Syria, Iran, North Korea, Republic of Korea, are prohibited from using our services. Attempting to bypass these restrictions is considered a violation of this Agreement.
Basepoker reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time to verify a User's identity and location. Service and awards may be restricted until identity verification is completed.
Basepoker reserves the right to take appropriate action if a User violates any provision of this Agreement, including termination of this Agreement or any other agreements with the User.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Basepoker and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, and costs resulting from your violation of these Terms of Use or misuse of our services.
To the extent permitted by law, Basepoker, its employees, directors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website, regardless of Basepoker’s prior knowledge.
Basepoker's limitation of liability does not apply to instances of death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
In case a User would like to drop a complaint, they can feel free to address the customer service team of Basepoker at support@basepoker.com. If any conflict has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can follow-up in the governing law jurisdiction set forth below for remedies.
Basepoker reserves the right to amend, update or alter this Agreement at any point in time or even alter the service without any prior notice and your continued usage after the published changes is your acceptance of such amendments. Thus, we recommend you to go through the terms and conditions of Basepoker regularly, which is contained within the Agreement.
If any of these Terms become unlawful, void, or unenforceable by law in any jurisdiction, that specific provision is deemed severed from the rest and shall not affect their enforceability in that jurisdiction. The same provisions will continue to remain applicable in other jurisdictions.
Basepoker reserves the right to assign this agreement, partially or completely, at any point in time, without prior notice. The User is prohibited from assigning any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement.
If Basepoker waives any infringement of provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, the failure of Basepoker to require strict and literal performance of or compliance with any provision of this Agreement) it cannot be interpreted as a waiver for any future breaches of such provisions or infringement of any other provision contained in this Agreement.
No provision in this Agreement allows conferring of any rights or other benefits in favor of any third-parties who are not a part of this Agreement.
No clause contained within this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, association, agency, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship, or joint venture between you and Basepoker.
Basepoker may assign, transfer, or sub-contract its rights and obligations under this Agreement at its discretion.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Basepoker regarding the Service, superseding any previous agreements.
